3B. Content Moderation: Stabuy Africa employs content moderation measures to ensure the integrity and quality of the platform. While we strive to maintain a safe and reliable environment, we cannot guarantee user-generated content’s accuracy, reliability, or legality.

All registration data and additional identifiable information we may collect are subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

  1. Payment.

By using our website, you agree that our parent company, Stabuy Ltd. (UK), may also act as a payment processing partner. Invoices may display the name “Stabuy Africa,” “Stabuy Ltd,” or simply “Stabuy” for payment processing purposes. We ensure secure payment processing for all transactions made on our website. However, any payment processing issues arising from third-party payment gateways are beyond our control, and Stabuy will not be responsible for that.

  1. Refund.

Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion. If a refund is approved, it will be provided in the form of a credit to your Stabuy account. Refunds will not be issued in cash, bank transfers, or any other payment methods except as credit to your Stabuy account. The amount of credit issued for a refund may not be equal to the original purchase amount.

  1. Tax.

You are solely responsible for fulfilling your Tax or value-added tax (VAT) obligations in your respective countries. Endeavour to seek legal advice when and where necessary for further information regarding your tax obligations and compliance.
